I'm Ronnie, an Integrative therapist based in Queen's Park, London, working in person and online. I offer a space to explore what's happening for you, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find new ways of moving forward.
I'm Ronnie, an Integrative therapist offering a warm, down-to-earth space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore whatever is going on for you, without judgement and without having to have it all figured out.
My approach is person-centred and draws on Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, alongside an interest in the connection between mind and body. Sometimes talking is exactly what we need; at other times, noticing what's happening in the body, working with movement or simply becoming more present can help us access something words alone can't quite reach.
Together, we can explore old patterns, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and help you move towards greater awareness, self-acceptance and a life that feels more authentically yours.
Integrative therapy in London and online.
I'm an Integratively trained therapist and an Individual Member of BACP. Being Integrative simply means I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My work is shaped around who you are, what you bring and what you need.
With a person-centred foundation at the heart of my work, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to help us explore what may be happening for you, whether that's past experiences, patterns that keep repeating, relationships, difficult emotions, or simply a sense that something doesn't feel quite right. I'm particularly interested in how our early experiences shape us, and in our capacity to understand and change patterns that may no longer serve us.
I'm also interested in the connection between mind and body. Alongside talking, we might gently notice what's happening physically, where emotions, tension or sensations show up. Always at your pace, and only when it feels useful.
You are at the heart of the work. I offer a warm, accepting and non-judgemental space where you can explore what's going on for you at your own pace.
This brings our attention to the here and now, to what you're thinking, feeling and experiencing in the moment, including what may be showing up in your body.
TA can help us understand the patterns we developed through early experiences, and how these may still influence our relationships, choices and the way we see ourselves today.
This helps us explore how early experiences and relationships may have shaped us, including patterns or feelings that operate outside our awareness and still affect us now.
This gives us space to explore some of life's bigger questions, such as meaning, identity, freedom, loss, change, and what it means to live a life that feels genuinely yours.
There's no formula, and no expectation that you arrive knowing what you need. We start with you, and work from there.

For over thirty years, much of my working life has been spent in the music industry, from record labels and artist management to years on the road touring. It's been exciting, fast-paced and a huge part of who I am. But about ten years ago, I hit burnout.
I was exhausted, disconnected from myself, and knew something needed to change. Finding my own therapist became a turning point. For the first time, I had a space where I could slow down, begin to understand myself differently, and start to process some of what I'd been carrying for years.
But another important part of my healing came through the body. As a child I was always moving. Singing, dancing, performing, completely uninhibited. Then somewhere along the way, I stopped. During my own healing journey I attended a retreat rooted in movement, and was introduced, really for the first time, to the connection between mind and body. I began to understand that we don't just think and talk our way through our experiences. We carry them physically too.
Movement gradually found its way back into my life and became an important part of how I connect with myself, process emotion and stay grounded. It's also where The Dancing Therapist came from, the name I'm known by on social media and one that has become a lovely expression of both my personal journey and the way I work.
That doesn't mean we'll be dancing around the therapy room! My training is as an Integrative therapist, with a person-centred foundation drawing on Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. But I'm interested in the whole person sitting in front of me. Not only what you're saying, but what you might be feeling, noticing and experiencing in your body too.
My own experience of therapy ultimately inspired me to train as a therapist. I know first-hand how powerful it can be to have another human being really meet you where you are, and my hope is to offer that same kind of space: warm, real, unhurried and without judgement.
You don't need to arrive knowing what's wrong, what you want to change, or even where to begin. We can start exactly where you are.
